The bride and her bridesmaids prepared in a charming, naturally lit room—perfect for capturing timeless wedding photographs. Immediately after the ceremony, we enjoyed a short yet deeply romantic photoshoot around the scenic grounds of Kinnitty Castle.

The wedding reception was held in the charming Library Bar of Kinnitty Castle Hotel—a cozy, book-lined room filled with historic character and warmth.

Surrounded by shelves of vintage books and softly glowing fireplaces, the space offered the perfect setting for heartfelt speeches, relaxed conversations, and clinking glasses.

Guests sipped on cocktails and fine wine while the elegant décor and ambient lighting framed each moment with quiet sophistication and intimacy.

The Library Bar and adjoining Dining Room at Kinnitty Castle Hotel offer an intimate and atmospheric setting, perfect for wedding receptions and heartfelt evening toasts.

This bright and inviting area features cozy armchairs, an open turf fire, and walls lined with vintage books, creating a space where guests can unwind with a cocktail or glass of wine in true castle comfort.

In the dining section, long banquet-style tables were elegantly arranged with creamy linens, candle-lit runners on wooden boards, and rustic floral centerpieces by Killeen Country Flowers. The exposed stone walls add a historic touch, blending classic elegance with the relaxed, snug ambiance of a true Irish castle.

Bride & Groom Sunset Session – Enchanted Bridge & Forest

After the formalities of the day, we spontaneously stepped out for a sunset session—and the light was absolutely magical.

We captured the couple under the soft canopy of Kinnitty Forest and on the enchanting Kinnitty Suspension Bridge, a historic wrought-iron footbridge dating back to around 1840. With its delicate structure and wooden deck stretching over the River Camcor, it created a dreamlike atmosphere straight out of a fairytale.

This woodland, part of the Kinnitty Castle Loop Trail, is known for its serenity and filtered golden light at dusk. The newlyweds, relaxed and fully present, wandered together through the trees and across the bridge—sharing warm embraces and quiet laughter.

The session ended with golden-hour portraits framed by the silhouette of the castle and soft forest shadows—timeless, romantic, and full of emotion.

First Dance & Party in the Dining Room – Cozy Intimate Vibes

The celebration continued in the elegant Dining Room next to the Library Bar at Kinnitty Castle Hotel. With its stone walls, warm ambient lighting, and a rustic fireplace, the space radiated a cozy, intimate charm—perfect for the couple’s first dance.

It was a tender and emotional moment, shared with their closest family and friends. Surrounded by candlelight and gentle smiles, the newlyweds swayed together as their love filled the room.
